I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the architectural award-winning firm Tim Nelson Architect, Ltd.
As owner and president of the firm, I am well versed in the field of architecture.
I have both bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from the University of Michigan.
Since acquiring these degrees, I have spent over fifteen years working on a multitude of various architectural projects, ranging from small additions to large custom homes.
With the aforementioned experience, I can provide assistance to you in the areas of schematic and conceptual design.

Provide architectural construction drawings which will be used by the client's contractor for bidding purposes, permit applications, and actual construction.
Provide the client with three (3) sets of drawings for their own use, and three (3) permit sets.
The architect will be available to answer technical questions from the general contractor or client by telephone.
Meet with the client to discuss methods of bidding and selecting area general contractors.
With the client's assistance, select three (3) area contractors to be invited to bid the project.
