When Long Island based United Capital Corp. wanted to rehabilitate their tired and often fully booked hotel in Albany, NY, they reached out to Core to assist them in this multi-million dollar interior common space face lift.
Gaining praised recognition in the hospitality industry coming off the award winning Glen Head Country Club renovation and United Capital Corp's Ocean Place Resort renovation, Core transformed the hotels interior to a sleek, upscale aesthetic.
The hotel offers a warm, inviting and durable material palette to place it and its 30,000 sf of banquet and meeting rooms at the top of the Capital District's downtown convention destination cementing Core as a viable player in the hospitality arena.

A cardiovascular diagnostic center comprised of cutting-edge imaging equipment, Core designed a flagship facility for Dr. Renthrop and his team to service his growing client base in Manhattan.
Occupying the 7th floor of a midtown low-rise, Core was presented with the unique challenge of structuring and rigging the 7th floor to receive multi-ton imaging equipment and designing a cohesive space around the limited locations the equipment could be placed.
