Founded in 2010 by licensed architect Devin Moreau, we are a full service boutique architecture firm based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, specifically in Hermosa Beach, CA; serving all of California. As a South Bay Los Angeles Architect and resident, Devin grew up in Lakewood, CA recieved his Bachelors in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Masters Degree in Business from Long Beach State University.
Devin loves the beach/boogeyboarding and camping. He is a family man, dog lover, snowboarder, concert goer. Moreau Architects was recently featured on a local show called 'This is LA' which airs on Saturday mornings on CBS (channel 2 in Los Angeles). Our services include, but are not limited to: Architecture, Design, Planning, and Consulting. We specialize in skilled nursing facility design, commercial, and residential.
