During this initial meeting we will discuss the origin of your idea, this is the opportunity for both Owner and Architect to exchange ideas.
We will ask you a series of questions in order to better understand your project.
We will also discuss existing design parameters such as project location, regulating parameters, neighborhood or city restrictions.
This scope of work will result in what is known as the "Project Program".
The "Schematic Design" takes your "Project Program" and creates a fluid design concept.
