Corvus Design led a public process ending in the re-design and construction of this park to improve safety and update facilities.
Stream restoration was designed to stabilize banks, reduce velocity, and create improved habitat opportunities within the creek.

Cook Inlet Region Incorporated, through its development arm Cook Inlet Land Development Corporation, developed a new 8-story Class A office building on a prime location on the New Seward Highway at Fireweed Lane.
We provided site master planning and layout to accommodate the main building, and future development of phase II structure or structures.
We also provided ordinance analysis and provision of permit drawings that met and exceeded ordinance requirements.
As a Class A office building, great focus was placed on front and rear plazas for the building entry which have been developed with culturally relevant motifs and amenities.
