Chord Architecture is a full service architecture and planning firm founded in 1996 by Hugh MacPherson Driscoll, architect. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we are experienced in a variety of project types, from custom residential and affordable housing to public architecture and commercial design. We have special expertise in sustainable design strategies including passive solar design, natural daylighting and high-performance building envelopes.
In addition, we have experience guiding projects through the LEED certification process and creating safe indoor environments for clients with chemical sensitivities. Planning and approval at the urban and community scale is an aspect of our practice as well.
