Ashton Village is a multi-family development comprised of fourteen two-story breezeway apartment buildings located in Westerville Ohio.
There were many challenges throughout the design development process.
The largest hurdle was the request by the city to extend Hoff Rd through the development between Ashton Village and the neighboring single family development, which our office designed the master plan.
This addition of a road through the site made for an interesting problem as the site became constricted.
