Commercial Design - Provide full architectural and engineering design, construction document, and construction contract administration services for new construction, renovations and interior build-outs. Residential Design - Architectural planning, design, construction documents and construction contract administration for new homes, additions and renovations.

Facility Planning - Develop program criteria and preliminary designs for major facility acquisitions, relocations, expansions and improvements. Provide third-party oversight review of design and construction documents. Property Management Support - Perform property condition assessments, leasing plans, development studies, and capital improvement plans for commercial property owners, agents, lending institutions, municipalities, and federal agencies.
