In 1977, John Crawford co-founded Crawford / Howard Pty Ltd., which later became Crawford Partners in 1992. In 2001, along with four partners, he transformed the company into an international affair with the formation of Crawford Architects, maintaining headquarter offices in Sydney, Australia and Kansas City, Missouri. Crawford Architects maintains its Australian headquarters in Sydney and its U.S. headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.
