Ms. Vigil has over 30 years of experience in design project management services and project administrative management. She has worked in the architectural-engineering consulting industry for over 30 years primarily in the public sector. Ms. Vigil founded Vigil Enterprises, Inc. as a sole proprietorship in 1986 and incorporated in California in 1991.

As President, Ms. Vigil manages all financial aspects of the business, including contract negotiation, cost proposals, budget control, as well as all business development activities. She works closely with her team to ensure good client relations and high project quality.

Vigil Enterprises, Inc. has in-house project management, architectural, structural engineering, civil engineering, BIM, and LEED(R) professionals providing design and construction support services.
To augment our internal team and provide full-capability design services, we currently manage and integrate subcontractors to provide technical and specialty services as required.
This collaboration of design professionals provides our company with the capability to serve a broad range of our client's needs.
Vigil Enterprises has managed and designed numerous projects for the continued build-out of the Nicholas C. Metropolis Center for Modeling and Simulation also known as the Strategic Computing Complex (SCC) as mission needs have changed and expanded.
This facility houses the world's most complex computer (the first hybrid supercomputer and the first supercomputer to attain a sustained petaflop operations/second in a specially designed 43,500SF computer room).
Vigil Enterprises has served as the prime A-E firm on very complex design projects to support the growing needs of this facility.
Provided energy audit services for two buildings, the TA-3/1400, National Security Sciences Building and TA-60/175, the Communication Operations Building in support of the Los Alamos National Laboratory High Performance Sustainable Building Program.
The audit included computerized energy modeling of the facility in the manner described in ASHRAE 90.1-2007.
This included performance simulation and evaluation of individual Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
The energy simulation software used was Trane Trace.
Vigil Enterprises, Inc. provided Design and Construction Support Services for this multi-discipline design to remodel two technical areas including the 1st and 2nd floor to create a Main Service Center and remodel of the 1st floor of another site to also create a Media Center.
This design incorporated creation of VTRs to house service center personnel and classified matter.
The design included a new elevator.
Complied with LANL Security mandate to provide a fully functional and certified Main Service Center.
This project illustrates our experience in executing multi-discipline projects, sustainability, alternative energy, energy conservation, space planning, fire/life safety, BIM specialty, LEED, cost estimating, commissioning, and utilization of such specialties as civil, surveying and geotechnical investigation adding to our core team.
Engineering services to design Fire Stations #1 and #5 based on direction by the DOE Los Alamos Area Site Office and the Director of Los Alamos National Laboratory to replace the existing TA-3 main fire station with a new fire station and design a new Fire Station at TA-16.
