
Landmarkk is an architectural design and construction management company working in Central Denver neighborhoods since 1982. The Architecture and Construction Management business began as Culbertson Associates and later changed to Landmarkk. The work involved design, construction management, real estate, and conceptual estimating. The company has intentionally stayed small so that Steve, the owner, can focus on projects instead of management.
Although single family projects are most of Landmarkk's work, the company also provides similar services for small commercial and multi-family projects. Clients include individuals, real estate professionals, contractors, other architects, and investors. In the past, Landmarkk has done several mountain homes and continues with design of one or two per year.
Landmarkk has also worked in several mountain communities including Aspen, Breckenridge, Basalt, and Conifer. Over the years, Landmarkk has done over seventy projects of all types. Services offered and building types are shown below.
