Distinctive Architecture provides functional, artistic, customer-focused architectural services of value to homeowners, prospective homeowners and homebuilders in the RTP region of North Carolina. I formed the practice to offer a solution for people desiring to remodel, purchase or build a home, but struggling to find something that truly fits their needs and budget.

Bill began his internship in Raleigh working with Michael Hager.
From there he was mentored by Arthur Cogswell and Werner Hausler.
During this time he was afforded the opportunity to design the final Bolin Creek office building on Martin Luther King Jr. Road (historic Airport Road) in Chapel Hill, along with the addition and renovations undertaken on the Employment Security Commission campus in Raleigh.
Bill then formed Sun Forest Architecture, PA so as to work closely with Sun Forest Systems, Inc. (formed by a fellow School of Design graduate).

I have developed this series of blueprints for modern home designs - ranging from 1,325 SF to about 3,150 SF - to provide thoughtful, modern home design at an affordable price point.
