Carolina Hall is a three-story residence hall located within Elon's Historic Neighborhood.
The layout is nearly identical to Smith Hall, which our team renovated this summer.
The renovation scope will include finish upgrades to the corridors, common areas, and resident rooms, as well as ADA upgrades to the common bathrooms.
We will fully renovate unites located on the first floor to include accessible sleeping rooms and bathrooms and replace existing shared bathrooms with multiple single user bathing suites.
