Thomas Baio Architect is six person architectural firm located in Millburn, NJ. The firm holds licenses to practice architecture in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, and Florida. Our practice was founded in 1991 by the principal architect Thomas Baio and boasts a diversified staff of designers & graduate architects from universities around the U.S. Our firm's work has been recognized in consumer magazines, trade publications, local and statewide newspapers, and a several television news reports.
Our concentration is in high quality projects in all fields of residential, institutional, and commercial work. With services that include design for renovation, restoration, and new structures, as well as site planning, master planning, and interior design. We have designed and built over 2800 structures.
