Dale Christian began his journey in the field of Structural Engineering while still in high school. He was chosen from a field of candidates in his school's newly formed "Work Experience Apprentice Program" in 1965 to work for a major Structural Engineering firm in Riverside, CA. He continuously (except for a 4 year stint in the U.S. Navy Seabees during the Vietnam Era) worked for that firm until forming his own company in 1980.
A graduate from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, he is a licensed California Civil and Structural Engineer (C27773 and S2705) dating back to 1977 and 1984 respectively.
