Weddermann Architecture, PLLC, was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Weddermann. We are proud to be a certified woman-owned small business through the state of Washington. Jennifer Weddermann, AIA, LEED AP has been a licensed architect in the State of Washington for 20 years. Weddermann Architecture, PLLC provides architectural design and structural engineering for residential, commercial and community projects.

We are up on the latest green technology such as vegetative roofs and permeable payment. We will always recommend the greenest option available within your budget. Jennifer Weddermann is a LEED Accredited Professional and has worked on LEED certified structures.

Jennifer acted as Project Architect and Project Manager (while at BCRA) on both phases of the Kids' Zone of the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
Working with zoo staff, exhibit specialists, animal exhibit specialists, and other team members, Jennifer acted as architectural lead on these projects from beginning to end.

In 2011, Jennifer won a commission to design, fabricate and install a large entry artwork for the Children's Museum of Tacoma, for their new location at 1501 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA.
The concept: "ISH" is Jennifer's interpretation of the Museum's new logo as if drawn into a giant whimsical pop-up book.

We have experience with every type of residential project from large new construction of view homes, to small kitchen renovations, to container homes.
A. Our fee is either set up as a flat fee or it can be billed hourly, depending on your project and comfort level.
If you have an idea of how much the construction will cost, you can estimate that architectural fees will be about 6%.
There are many exceptions to this fee structure, however.
