Located in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor, WA, RGA takes pride in providing creative, responsible, building design solutions. The firm's founder, Jeanne Ratcliffe-Gagliano, visited Gig Harbor in 1990, and fell in love with the natural beauty, historic charm, and small town feel reminiscent of her childhood home of Juneau, AK.
Starting as an in-home design firm while raising two children, she has grown the firm through dedication to the craft, and a strong work ethic, to become the 5-person firm located on Pioneer Way, that it is today. With the help of her staff and their expertise with 3D visualization software, Jeanne and the RGA team are committed to doing everything they can to make the building design process an easy, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all.
Jeanne has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential building design. She received her Master Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989, and has been a Washington State Licensed Architect since 1997.
