In a serendipitous agreement, SMBW and its Charlottesville clients supported the formation of an office led by Dex Sanders to continue service to clients Dex had been providing architectural services to since 1989.
The office is located close to downtown Culpeper, Virginia and primarily serves Culpeper, Orange, Louisa, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and the surrounding central Virginia region.

Although we enjoy working with all of our clients, we have a particular passion for using our experience and abilities gained on three continents to help churches meet their ministry goals.
While many congregations prefer traditional building elements, we're excited to develop non-traditional strategies that range from pre-engineered structures, log & timber structures, commercial storefront & industrial adaptations, camps and conference facilities to concrete, mud and bamboo depending on geographic location.
