Services
One of our main objectives at Ross/Deckard Architects (R/DA) since establishment in 1996 has been to provide a thorough range of services to meet our client's needs and to develop long term relationships.
We can confidently state that the majority of our clients have been valued, long term clients that continually choose R/DA as their preferred design firm.
For us, a successful project is aesthetically appealing with low environmental impact, is carefully managed, and fosters a lasting relationship with the owner.
A major percentage of our firm's experience is designing quality living environments.
R/DA assists private developers in creating much needed affordable housing communities throughout the Southeastern US through LIHTC, HUD and RD programs.
Spacious floor plans are designed with market-rate appeal and environmentally friendly interior finishes.
Vital amenities provided within each development allow ample recreation and learning spaces for the residents, and promote interaction among all tenants and their guests.
The Leland Library, located in Brunswick County, NC, is approximately 5,000 s.f. and is located on a land-locked parcel that affords little room for expansion in any one direction.
R/DA was engaged to design a 3,600 s.f.
The new addition includes two areas - one at each end of the "L" shaped wings.
These will be used for additional stack space, a reading area, a conference room, a breakroom, and new public and staff toilets.
The open space where the legs of the"L" meet were filled in to provide a much needed work room.
