Trillium came up with a beautiful and unique solution to our renovation needs and found the staff to be incredibly responsive and helpful. We have recommended them to many people without hesitation. Trillium was contracted by the Taft School to design a passive, energy efficient home that would be at the highest standards for green homes in the United States.

There are so many decisions that you coached us on and for which we are pleased with the results. The process has been a very pleasant and fun experience. Elizabeth and her team are creative and practical, but have also been very receptive to suggestions from us. Trillium Architects is here to help you create the peaceful, light-filled, clean and healthy house that will serve as home base for your organic lifestyle.

We are committed to designing the most energy-efficient and environmentally responsible homes possible. The homes we live in have great capacity to impact our health as well as the environment. Our homes need to provide us with a safe comfortable living experience, but also they need to not contaminate us with toxins or allergens.

SEED Homes LLC is a new company formed in 2020.
It is the Design Build branch of Trillium Architects LLC and its mission is to offer pre-designed prefab green homes in a predictable, cost efficient and easy way.
The SEED Homes Models offered here will be super energy efficient, sustainable and healthy homes in the 800 sf to 4,000 sf range (most houses are between 1,600 and 2,500 sf).
All of the homes are partially built in a modular factory, shipped to the site and finished on site.
Net Zero (or Zero Energy Ready): These houses do (or can) create as much energy on site as they use over the course of the year.
