Our approach applies the concepts of architectural design and science to the process of designing organizations holistically, systemically and deliberately. Our focus is on identifying the vital few elements which throttle your rate of improvement today and redesign them so that your organizations real potential and purpose can be realized.

Services
Jim Easter founder Organizational Architects began his "first life" as a graduate of the School of Architecture at Texas A&M University.
After spending several years in the field, Jim completed his MBA from Baylor University.
He began his "second life" at Eastman Kodak where he spent over 15 years in management and internal consulting, helping start an outreach consultancy to Kodak customers.
This effort grew into what became Organizational Architects--the morphing of architecture into the business world.
Assessment of your current "actual" design-the one that is producing all of your current performance and results.
This is the "as-is" design in place.
We compare the current design to your strategy and do a gap analysis of the major gaps between what you need your performance to be vs. what you are actually getting.
We identify the specific sub-system changes that you need to change.
Everything begins with a strategic plan.
It guides and shapes every subsequent design and captures the organization's purpose and vital milestones.
Organizations are living systems.
Like a building, it is composed of sub-systems which must be designed as part of an overall whole.
We learned about architectural design in the School of Architecture--and then applied the learning, the perspective, and the process to the design of organizations.
Every organization is perfectly designed-to get the results its currently getting.
If the results fall short of your requirements, you must identify what to change, identify what to change to, and identify how to best implement the change.
Franchising is all about consistent growth from improved sales!
Buying a franchise of a proven brand can save you years and dollars vs. doing it on your own.
If you own a great business and want to grow, franchising offers you a way to overcome the system constraint to improved profits from sales.
We are all about growth.
Organizational Architects is founded on the fact that results come from the underlying design and processes and 'systems' in your business.
We love franchising because the best franchise brands are the best simply because they have excellent processes which they excel at teaching you- and they (and you) enjoy high brand awareness.
