Special emphasis is placed upon circulation patterns, sun angles and the play of light in each room. We also are acutely aware of client budgets. Before construction begins, we include a set of photo realistic renderings of the project. Building details, including moldings and trim sometimes will evolve and change during construction due to light, scale, shadow, and site conditions.
Full size mock-ups of trim are often constructed to refine the detail. We are committed to environmental considerations and energy efficiency. In 2015, McGahren Properties LLC was established for residential construction.
