Lori Cagwin Landscape Architecture has been providing landscape architectural services to clients throughout the Bay Area for over 26 years. Lori, the company founder, brings artistic vision and 35 years of experience to wide ranging projects, including parks, housing developments, inns and spas, estates, wineries, commercial, residential and municipal properties.
Tasks include site assessment, preliminary schematics, budget analysis, final master plans, working drawings, bid administration through project coordination and final acceptance with maintenance guidelines. Being a California native and growing up in a landscape contracting family, Lori has experienced the full spectrum of project startup through completion, and realized early on the importance of teamwork.
