Kleinke Associates is a professional design firm providing services in the municipal planning and landscape architecture design fields focused primarily in the mid-Hudson & Capital District regions of upstate New York.

The firm has been involved in various municipal, commercial, residential and industrial projects which include: municipal planning consulting, site design, master planning, parks and recreation facilities, storm water management plans & inspections, hamlet planning & design, zoning codes, SEQRA/ environmental review, construction documents, bidding and construction supervision.

Mr. Kleinke, a NYS licensed Landscape Architect, is the firm's professional responsible for on-going work with Planning Boards, consisting of - Application & Project plan review, Environmental Assessment/SEQRA review and coordination with Municipal staff & consultants.Attendance typically at regular and special meetings of the Planning Board, as well as regular sessions with Planning Board Chairman and project applicants.

The project consists of 59 attached homes supported by a Condominium ownership of facilities and amenities.
In view of Windham Mountain Ski Center & Windham Country Club Golf Course, the site has been designed for active families who ski, golf and enjoy Catskill Mountain living.
The site includes a community building with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room game room and meeting spaces.
Adjacent to the community building are lighted tennis courts with a "General Store" nearby.
Mr. Kleinke served as the principal Landscape Architect for the project, providing site design, community facility layout and landscape design expertise to the client, in association with Kaaterskill Associates, project Engineers.
The project consists of the construction of a Kayak/Canoe launch providing access to the Hudson River.
The site is a designated Water Trail site on the Hudson River Greenway Water Trail and will serve as an access point to the downtown environs of the Village of Athens.
This Project has been funded in part by a grant from the NYS Environmental Protection Fund through the Hudson River Estuary Program of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
Pedestrian accommodations include a raised timber boardwalk linking a pedestrian plaza and parking with the launch.
