The candidate best suited for this position is someone who is a leader, a team player and excited about the field of architecture's future.
This new team member will be responsible for leading major projects with minimal supervision; giving direction on a project to other team members, along with teaching them important architectural skills.
It is imperative that this team member can communicate with clients, consultants and other staff.
