The CCA staff includes licensed professional engineers, a registered land surveyor, a licensed environmental professional and lead abatement consultants, certified environmental auditors, a registered landscape architect, and a number of scientists, draftsmen, technicians, and field personnel.
Our clients have included the United States Department of Defense, the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, various municipalities, corporations, developers and industries. Our Civil Engineering group provides design services for municipalities, commercial, industrial and private clients.
These services include permitting, storm-water runoff/drainage facilities, sewer and road design, sanitary/sewer facilities, drinking water systems and distribution, soil testing, feasibility studies, sewage pumping station and pre-fabricated treatment system design, construction management, storm-water pollution prevention plans, subdivisions, and condominiums.
