Allen+Pepa Architects was formed from a fusion of Lane Allen Architects of Batavia, IL and Perihelion, Ltd. of Elgin, two established architectural firms serving Kane County and the Fox River Valley region.
After collaborating on several projects, principals Lane Allen and Eric Pepa realized that their shared philosophies, complementary abilities, and strong interest in the revitalization of the traditional historic downtowns could lead to a successful partnership that would serve the entire region.
