Synchro worked with Benoit during site selection to evaluate, test fit, and master plan multiple sites in the Ennis area and ultimately in the final selection, design, and planning for a 50-acre site near the Texas Motorplex.
The 50,000-SF facility is expected to deliver in the summer of 2021.
