Define scope of work - survey and document existing conditions, itemize needs and requirements, estimate cost.
Schematic design - provide first design idea, basic drawings, 3-D model presentations.
We meet with client to get their input and revise the design until it meets client's needs as well as respects the limitations.
Architectural drawings - refined design and drawings on computer software and generate 3-D models.
Structural engineer drawings - we work with structural engineer partner to get structural drawings.
