During construction, we had 2 hurricanes, 137 inches of rain in one year, and are currently dealing with a pandemic. But even with all of this, our projects are being completed on time and on budget. I know that our Blackcat community is proud of what we have accomplished these last 4 years, and our students are proud to learn in first-class facilities.
