The firm, founded by Carlos S. Rodriguez A.I.A., provides a full range of planning and architectural services.
With over thirty years experience in the field of architecture, Mr. Rodriguez has earned a reputation of dedication, knowledge, creativity, and strict adherence to his client's program and budget.
Our office specializes in community development projects and understands the positive impact the built environment has on livable environments.
Mr. Rodriguez has been involved in numerous award-winning designs and his work includes churches, educational facilities, community/recreation centers, single-family homes, multi-family projects, daycare facilities, and master planned communities.
As Director of Architecture, Adriana Y. Villegas, oversees the technical application of our designs, design development and construction documents.
Her implementation of R+A projects and accounts ensure a high quality of service and efficient staff utilization.
Since joining Rodriguez Associates Architects and Planners, in 1998, Ms. Villegas has developed numerous award winning housing, commercial and mix-use projects.

The Buena Vista apartments is a market-rate development located in Vista, California.
This 179 unit project will be centrally located for easy access to commercial/retail shops and recreational areas.
This project will allow residents to live; work and shop within walking distances.
Sited along Buena Vista Creek the project improve public access to the creek with new trails and preservation of the riparian environment.
Buena Vista Creek will be welcome amenity to both the new apartment community and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Creekside Pointe project consists of 119 market-rate apartments on a 3.8 net acre site in Chula Vista, California.
This mixed-use design offers a blend of residential, commercial and community spaces and buildings.
The architecture is a California style influenced by historic Spanish buildings with the use of stucco walls, mission barrel tile roofing, exposed wood rafters and trellis elements.
The project is designed to be consistent with the surrounding commercial and residential buildings.
