Since 1972, Roger has lived, attended school, and apprenticed his profession in South Florida.
In 1987, he graduated from the University of Miami with the degree of Bachelor of Architecture. In 1989, Mr. Piper was awarded an N.C.A.R.B. certificate, and was granted his Florida registration. The following year, he opened his own professional practice. For over 25 years, Mr. Piper and his consultants have demonstrated their personal, service-oriented approach, and have exceeded the expectations of their clients.
