We strive to fit the needs and desires of its clients, while also considering the impact on the environment and other surroundings of the project. We are a design firm specializing in custom residential homes, including new construction, historic preservation and restoration, sustainable "green" design, remodels, additions and interior design.

It means that if we continue to consume energy and materials at our current rate, in our lifetime, we will start to see magnified changes that we are already hearing about today.
We're talking about polar icecaps melting, shrinking shore lines, more intense hurricanes and extinction of plant and animal species.

The process starts with an initial meeting to become familiar with the intent of the client.
After determining that a "fit" exists between the client and our firm, we then propose a formal agreement for Design Services which includes a more detailed explanation of our services and the scope of work to be performed.
If the project requires us to work with an existing structure, we begin by creating drawings of the building as it currently stands, referred to as "as-built" drawings.
Following these drawings, we will start the design process with Schematic Drawings.
