Founded in 1995 by Keith Shaw, AIA, Shaw Design Associates has crafted hundreds of unique residences in Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham, and other surrounding Triangle communities. In the Chatham County neighborhood of Governors Club alone, we have designed over 300 homes which embrace the architectural styles of Contemporary, Craftsman, French Country, Modern and Classical.
In addition to custom residences, we have also been involved in area historic renovations, major additions, total transformations and community development. Locally, our firm is the proud recipient of Best Architecture Firm award from Chapel Hill Magazine for 2020, 2019, 2018, 2016, 2015, and 2014. Miho has been working for Shaw Design since 2008 and is currently a Project Manager for the team.
Originally from Hendersonville, NC, she received her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill and interior design degree from Meredith College.
In her role she enjoys space planning, meeting with and assisting clients throughout the design process, and the detail work that goes into creating meaningful spaces.
She's also been known to eat any unclaimed office snacks, leave coffee in the microwave, and occasionally talk to her computer.
