Founded in 1994, Benson & Bohl Architects has continually expanded its capacity, expertise, and reputation while maintaining and organizational structure that allows the principals, Richard Benson and Randall Bohl, to be personally engaged with every project and every client.

Since its inception, Benson & Bohl Architects has designed numerous infill projects that capture the image and vitality of their urban environments.
Grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, churches, multifamily residential, and parking structures are examples of the infill uses that we have completed in urban and downtown locations.
Our approach to designing within dense and often historic and culturally significant urban communities always includes researching the background and culture of the site in order to create an architectural design that extends and enhances the established character of its place.
