David Lauer has been immersed in the visual arts for over 25 years. During 2011 he was the Co-Visual Effects Supervisor of the team that won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects in the feature film "Life of Pi." His emergence as a successful architectural photographer began in one of the world's premier design cities, Los Angeles. He has since relocated to Denver, Colorado, a city with rapid urban growth and its own vibrant design community.
